To register for ICTIR, go to the SIGIR 2026 registration page.
If you plan to attend SIGIR plus ICTIR, register as a "Three-Day" or "Five-Day" SIGIR attendee, and ICTIR will be available as an optional extra as part of those registration sequences. Note that the "early bird" registration deadline for SIGIR (but not ICTIR) is Sunday 24 May (11:59pm Melbourne time). The SIGIR registration fees will increase after that date.
If you plan to attend ICTIR only, select the "One-Day" SIGIR registration option, and ICTIR will be one of the "days" that can be picked, together with zero or more of the days on which SIGIR activities will take place.
ICTIR registration may be completed at the same time as SIGIR registration is undertaken, or can be added at any later time. The ICTIR registration fees are constant, and there are no early discounts or late penalties.
At least one author of each accepted ICTIR submission is required to register to attend ICTIR by the ICTIR Author Registration deadline of Sunday 14 June (11:59pm Melbourne time). Accepted papers for which no ICTIR Author Registration is received risk being excluded from the ICTIR proceedings.

Accommodation requests must be received before Wednesday 3 June, 11:59pm Melbourne time. This includes people who will attend ICTIR only.
